A quality system is a series of standards, procedures and quality
requirements, which are followed for every product produced at IMT's
Ingersoll and Port Colborne facilities. These procedures cover all
aspects of the manufacturing process, from the point an order is
received, through receiving, in-process and final inspection. This
ensures that the materials, products, processes and services are
fit for their intended purpose and conform to our customer requirements.
The ISO9001:2000 Quality Systems at IMT allows
you, the customer, confidence that we are following a world class
quality system while producing your products. At IMT - Ingersoll,
we are very proud to have been one of the first companies in Southwestern
Ontario to become registered (in June, 1994) to ISO9002. IMT's PC
Forge, located in Port Colborne, Ontario, was the first forging
facility to be registered (in December, 1994) to ISO9002.
It ensures that the IMT products you invest in will be consistently
delivered with the highest quality industry standards in materials,
design, engineering and production.
