The PC Forge facility is equipped with the latest forging tools, techniques and machinery, allowing each project to be delivered on-time and on-budget. With serveral hammers, upsetters, coining presses and new Lasco automated hammer station, PC Forge produces components for truck, automotive, oil and gas industries, to name but a few

Hammer Forge:

• 2000lb. Erie with 200 ton Trim press, forgings to 15lbs.
• 2500lb. Erie with 150 ton Trim press, forgings to 15lbs.
• 4000lb. Erie with 200 ton Trim press, forgings to 30lbs.
• 6000lb. Erie with 400 ton Trim press, forgings to 100lbs.
• 8000lb. Erie with 500 ton Trim press, forgings to 300lbs.
• Lasco Hammer with 150 ton Trim press, forgings to 30lbs.

Upset Forge:

• 4" Ajax - forgings to 20lbs.
• 6" National with a face and center drill, forgings to 50lbs.
• 9" National with a face and center drill, forgings to 150lbs.

Finishing and Conformance Testing:

• Tumble shot blast, 3000lbs., 34cu. ft. capacity
• Magnaflux and dye penetrant testing
• Face and center drill, true and trim lathe
• Fully equipped layout and inspection shop
