WARRANTY

IMT warrants the Ingersoll axle tube, spindle, spiders, air chamber brackets and cam brackets, when properly assembled and installed to IMT procedures, to be free of defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixty months from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. The responsibility under this warranty is limited to the replacement or reconditioning of defective parts at no charge. Such parts are to be returned, prepaid to IMT subject to our inspection, or the inspection in the field by an authorized representative of the company. The warranty is null and

LIFETIME WARRANTY

IMT warrants the Ingersoll “A.T.L.A.S.” axle tube, and spindles when properly assembled and installed to IMT procedures to be free of defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the axle from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. The responsibility under this warranty is limited to the replacement or reconditioning of defective parts at no charge. Such parts are to be returned, prepaid to IMT subject to our inspection, or the inspection in the field by an authorized representative of the Company. The warranty is limited for normal on highway or approved applications only and is null and void if the products are subject to improper installation damage as a result of abuse, negligence, improper maintenance or incorrect application including, but not limited to, loading beyond the specified maximum vehicle weight.

Brake linings, shoes, camshafts, bushings, bearings, seals, and all other wearable components are not included in this warranty and will be subject to the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other warranty, express or implied, on behalf of IMT. In no event shall IMT be liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages of any kind including but not limited to labour towing charges, down time expenses, cargo damages or other losses resulting from a defective component covered under this warranty. An IMT Return Material Authorization number must be obtained prior to the claim being processed.
